Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to ship, international orders may take up to 1 week or longer depending on location. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email, that also include a tracking number.
Once parcels are dropped off for delivery, they are then property of the respective shipping partner USPS, we are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping address is correct & confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

This will include pre order open and close dates and times, production start and end dates, estimated shipping times. All orders are shipped through usps/ups and will only take 2-3 days depending on location and state. overseas orders may take 6-10 days to arrive at your doorstep.
